SFrom the initial Intake Call through the Invoice process after the position is filled, we focus on customizing and executing a Search Plan that is focused on your identified needs. We are able to adjust to any changes along the way and know the importance of our Clients getting exactly what they want. We aren't interested in forcing every candidate from our database for your review; we'd rather selectively identify, source and screen the ideal candidates that fit the position.

Although we are an external partner, we celebrate the success of filling our Clients' openings as if we were sitting in the office next to you!
